Teen, Jong, Chris and Adam come together to discuss the horrific Atlanta shooting murders of 8 people, 6 of whom were Asian women, on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. They talk about how the history and present of Sinophobia and Sinophobic rhetoric contributed to this attack as well as the increase in anti-Asian attacks, especially in America, over the last year and a half (and maybe longer). Other topics discussed, amongst many touched upon, are Asian American political identity and Bill Maher's recent remarks about how America has already lost to China.
[EDIT] Out of respect to the victims and their families, we have removed the names and are holding off on sharing names until we see that they have given full consent to do so. We are following organizations such as Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta for updates on that consent.
